The MIT Harold and Arlene Schnitzer Prize in the Visual Arts is awarded annually to four current MIT students in recognition for excellence in an artistic body of work. In 2019, first place was awarded to second year Graduate Student in the MIT Media Lab (Fluid Interfaces Group) Guillermo Bernal whose work focuses on the back-and-forth between the physical and the virtual.
