Heidi Erickson is a designer, multimedia creator, and communications strategist with nearly fifteen years of experience at the intersection of creativity, storytelling, and institutional communications.

Based in the Boston area, she currently works at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology producing content, designing systems, and managing web platforms that support and amplify the creativity of the MIT community. She supports arts programs offered by the MIT Office of the Arts, Council for the Arts at MIT, and the MIT Center for Art, Science & Technology that span interdisciplinary faculty research, public programming, visiting artist residencies, student extra-curricular learning, and donor engagement.

Skilled in graphic design, photography, video production, web management, illustration, and editorial strategy, Heidi has a particular focus on translating complex and nuanced concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
